Why not let the expert do the knotty job?

Since year 2008 I embark on a career as a professional negotiator, I have been servicing my clients looking for properties for sale and are still looking for the right properties for sale in affluent places - such as Bangsar, Damansara Heights, Sri Hartamas and Mon't Kiara in Kuala Lumpur, as these affordable properties may not be for sale at reasonable rates. It has been a roller coaster ride for me as a professional negotiator, running up and down, trying to match the requirements of my clients with the existing and new property listings.

Some of my clients have viewed more than hundreds of properties within a period of one to three years, just to look for the right ones. I ask myself most of the time and put myself in their shoes as property buyers, I could imagine the pain they have to go through in the process of hunting the right, affordable properties at reasonable rates be it for rent or for purchase. I could imagine the effort they have to put in, taking time off from work, rushing to send or pick up their schooling kids, running errands, sacrificing their weekend hunting properties instead of spending quality time with family and the list just goes on and on and on!

I myself own a property that I am currently staying. It took me two years to search for the right property at reasonable rate before I finally committed myself to purchase the property. I would say it's a painful process as I committed my time and effort to travel to various locations, just to narrow down the location that is right for me. Most of my weekends were sacrificed and instead of hanging out with friends, I was shopping for properties everywhere. So I understood your pain as a property buyer as I have been through it.

There are so many things to consider besides getting the right location, such as how far are we from our friends and family? How far do we have to travel for food, grocery, shopping, banking and to get to work or sending the kids to school? Does the property come with space for kids to play, do they have friends within the community? Are we going to have peace of mind when the kids are playing outside and is the neighbourhood safe? Are we going to be affected if there is any future development and would our well being be compromised as a result of noise and dust pollution? Are we able to enjoy afternoon coffee or tea, reading our favourite books at a designated place such as the balcony or lanai or gazebo and etc etc...

There are thousands of thoughts running through our mind when we are looking at the properties, would it be better if someone is doing the job for you? Wouldn't it be better if that someone who you are counting on have personal experience hunting for own property and fully understood the pain that you are going through? If you are nodding your head, you are at the right place! Have faith that the best will come to you soon.
